Pre-Order Shipping

FlowState products are currently available on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving your item ahead of our official launch. Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.

Estimated ship date: We aim to ship all pre-orders as soon as inventory arrives. Estimated timelines will be communicated via email. Please note that pre-order timelines are estimates and may be subject to change due to manufacturing or logistics factors outside our control.

You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping on all US orders — no minimum order value required.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery Times

Once your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order. FlowState is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us at info@drink-flowstate.com as soon as possible.
