Refund policy
We want you to love your FlowState bottle. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Pre-Order Cancellations
You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. To request a cancellation, email us at info@drink-flowstate.com with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — our standard return policy applies.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your FlowState product, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
To initiate a return, email info@drink-flowstate.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or is the wrong product, please contact us at info@drink-flowstate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a full refund. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund in these cases.
