Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery to the US typically takes 7–15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — all orders to the United States ship free, no minimum required.
Can I track my order? Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at ask.flowstate@outlook.com.
Products
Are your bottles BPA-free? Yes. All FlowState bottles are made from BPA-free materials and are food-safe certified.
How do I clean my bottle? Hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended. Most of our bottles are not dishwasher safe — check the product page for specific care instructions.
How long do the insulated bottles keep drinks cold/hot? Our insulated tumblers keep drinks cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours under normal conditions.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of being placed. After that, they've already entered processing. Email us immediately at ask.flowstate@outlook.com if you need to make a change.
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition. Contact us at ask.flowstate@outlook.com to initiate a return.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Email us at ask.flowstate@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept PayPal. After placing your order at checkout, simply send your payment to PayPal.me/FlowStateStore and include your order number in the PayPal notes. Your order will be processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation. We're working on adding credit and debit card payments very soon.
